SAN VICENTE CREDITS 95% TAX CONSTRUCTION FOR REHABILITATION.

The City of San Vicente del Raspeig will approved at the next plenary session on 27 November the bonus for 2014 and 2015 tax constructions (ICICI) by 95 percent for rehabilitation of buildings and activities in older housing contemplated in its Technical Report of Building (ITE).

The measure bonuses, by the same percentage, solar installations of energy use, and 90% of the work on improving accessibility for people with disabilities.
The mayor, Luisa Pastor, said that "these measures pursue a dual purpose: contributing to the economic recovery and employment and promote rehabilitation of buildings to consolidate urban regeneration." "We also want to promote the deployment of clean energy such as solar or eliminate architectural to improve accessibility for people with disabilities barriers," added Shepherd.

The Councilor of the Treasury Manuel Marco, explained that "the change in the ordinance aims to promote the rehabilitation of the common elements of buildings, and this will improve its safety, livability and ornamentation, reclaiming 95 percent of ICIO (CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES TAX WORKS)(CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES TAX WORKS)".

This discount is implanted on temporary basis so that the actions should be executed before December 31, 2016. The ICIO (CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES TAX WORKS) represents 3.20 percent of the total budget of the works. This discount will be applied to works related to the rehabilitation of the common elements or partial rehabilitation of buildings on structural safety (foundations, beams, forged, etc..), Fire (works to improve the evacuation of the building and access equipment rescue) and use (repair of lintels, reorganized balconies, hallways, stairs or railings).

Also the works improve conditions on sealing the building in case of rain, dampness facades or enclosures.

It also enters into this chapter the removal of architectural barriers or the introduction of accessibility elements like elevators. Well, everything relates it to the sanitation facilities and rain drainage, water supply, electricity and centralization of paintings and meters, piped gas or telecommunications.
The actions related to reducing environmental impacts, as noise protection, energy efficiency and thermal insulation (windows, walls, ...), surround roofs and facades, sunscreen as well as for reducing power consumption, such as installing equipment and systems for the production of hot water, electric power and other renewable energy systems that favor the reduction of CO2 gas emissions to the environment, as referred to in the Pact of Mayors, signed by the Council of San Vicente del Raspeig.

This bonus also applies to those properties that they carry out works under the Building Assessment Report provided by Law 8/2013 of rehabilitation, regeneration and urban renewal collective residential buildings for over 50 years and works derived from the Technical Report on Building (ITE) for housing over 50 years required by the Valencian Urban Development Law 16/2005.
And finally, also it will be subsidized with 95 percent the rehabilitation of residential buildings which enjoy heritage protection. The bonus does not affect privative reforms in works inside the home, unless the ITE (the Technical Report on building) contemplates it.
