Innovating Rehabilitation

Replacement of prefabricated parts that make up the lining of the parapets of the balconies of the three blocks, those that make up the community. The action undertaken consists on removal of all existing cladding, removal of aluminum railings and anchors them. Repair brick parapets affected by the demolition, repair treatments reinforced concrete structure in forged edges affected by high-performance technical mortars. Finally install new precast white concrete reinforced with stainless steel 316, received the support structure by machining breastplates battens and anchoring system, allowing perfect plumb and level thereof, sealed and placed back flashing.
