Structural consolidation and rehabilitation of two buildings owned by the City Council of Villajoyosa. The performance of these involved the stabilization of the facades, propping thereof, consolidation of load-bearing walls foundations and sills execution removing original tile roofs strapping heads covered walls and regeneration based on generation of new support structure based on sandwich metal profiles and metal frame bolted to the panel, and this type Onduline plates curved tile waterproofing finally restoring facades.
