Work on foundation underpinning housing affected by sliding hillside where the home is located, the work consisted of a first stage to contain the sliding housing with the creation of a range of barrier piles anchored to the ground at an average depth 20 m, secondly it was proceeded to repair the foundation structure, the implementation of new support for the foundations based on reinforced concrete walls, fences and partitions regeneration, reparations on the affected pool structure. Finally it was proceeded to finishes and endings, both domestically housing and exterior, and finally replenishments of parts gardening.
